Choose the policy for the product you use. Mobile policies describe local saving, optional accounts and backup, and purchases. Features depend on the version and services available in your app. We update the policies when data handling changes.

WordPress plugins

Digix URL Watch keeps public post/page inventories in the WordPress site's database. Its version-specific disclosure explains administrator access, historical metadata, downloads and removal. These practices differ from browser extension storage and mobile app accounts.

DigixData In-Kind Ledger for WordPress

Free version 0.1.1 stores organization and donor details, donated-item descriptions, reviewed wording and void events on the organization’s WordPress site. Its disclosure covers protected letters/CSV, donor-email privacy tools and default retention with opted-in uninstall deletion. It sends no email or external requests and makes no payment or tax-compliance claims.

This website

This site uses static pages with no advertising scripts, analytics scripts, sign-in forms, or tracking cookies added by DigixData. Our hosting provider, Vercel, may process IP addresses, request times, browser information, and technical request logs to deliver and protect the website. Its retention and handling are described in Vercel’s privacy policy.

When you contact us

Emailing support@digixdata.com shares your email address and whatever you include with DigixData and our email provider. We use this information to answer and resolve your request. We keep it while needed for support, records, or applicable obligations; you can ask us to delete it, subject to those obligations. We do not use support messages for advertising.

Avoid sending passwords, payment card details, or private family memories when they are unnecessary to solve a support issue.
